Introduction
Media.Monks was tasked to redesign the novi.com website for the long awaited launch of Novi, a new digital payments app built on blockchain technology that allows you to send and receive international money transfers instantly, and securely.
The Challenge
We were tasked to update the information architecture, UX wireframes, copywriting, and site designs, as well as developing it completely on stack.
The Solution
My role in this project was restructuring the current design system in figma to create complex and scalable components that could flex across mobile, tablet and desktop so that we could essentially have building blocks of stacked segments within each page. The project was put on pause a couple of times due to the currency name change from diem to libra, and ultimately with the new Meta branding, a new round of rebranding was on the horizon.
*Update* As of September 1, 2022, Novi.com phased out from Meta as they try out a new strategy with mobile payments within existing apps.
